We originally made this recipe to compliment our Sunday Bourbon Swine sandwiches. This slaw is a great side or topping. Bring it along to a potluck, serve it on top of our Sunday Bourbon Swine sandwiches, top it on an Asian style burger, serve it with teriyaki chicken or hoisin ribs.
