One of the ingredients we drew for our fifth Ingredient Challenge was Herbs de Provence. Using this ingredient, Vinnie made a vinaigrette for our Italian Potchos. This vinaigrette was the perfect addition to go along with this dish and will also be a great salad dressing or drizzle it on Italian bread to make crostini’s.
Herbs de Provence Vinaigrette

1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Lemon Wedge
1 Tsp Herbs de Provence
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Pinch of Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk until the ingredients are all well incorporated.
- Cover and set aside until ready to use.
