Que Sauce will go great with any meat you throw at it. Originally we made this sauce to go along with our Sunday Bourbon Swine. Try it with poultry, beef, pork – it doesn’t matter! Sweet, spicy, and fruity.

1 Cup Apple Butter
1 Cup Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup Bourbon
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Tobasco Sauce
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a medium stock pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, let stand until ready for use.
